*There will be no refund and/or exchange for any products that was embroidered with incorrect information provided by the purchaser.

*Kote embroidery is double because it is embroidered on both hands.

*Embroidered (customized) products are non-returnable.

*The sizing of the embroidery is 1cm x 1cm. However, there may be a minor difference depending on the character.
