This bokuto is made in Japan.
It uses domestic Hokkaido oak and manufactured in a domestic factory.
You can use this bokuto for kendo grading exam if you install a bokuto tsuba and tsuba dome. (Sold separately)
This Hokkaido oak bokuto can be used for suburi as well.

別売りの鍔、鍔止めを取り付ければ、剣道の昇級・昇段審査の「剣道形」に使用出来ます。
素振り用としてもお使い頂けるナラ製大刀です。

耐水性◎
耐水性が高く、シミがつきにくい木材です。
